Vote of No
Vote of NO Confidence (2019) is a negotiation game that puts the players at the head of a political party in the House of Commons. They must navigate tense negotiations with each other to collect seats and policies in strategic areas to boost votes. The one with the most votes at the end wins. However, like any great government, they must collectively answer the demand and will of the people or risk losing their seats of power and privilege.
This project was designed to capture the zeitgeist of contemporary Brexit politics where votes became currency regardless of how they are secured.
With negotiation mechanics and cooperative elements built in the game attempts to simulate the significance and fragility of trust in UK politics.
